The SMART PIZZA app provided by API TECH is edited and hosted by VIAEVISTA (provider of IT solutions). The app allows the customers to order pizzas and proceed to to payment. Customers also have a possibility to access their personal data stored in the "Profile" tab..

Article 2 : Conditions of access to the service

Access to the app requires internet connection. API TECH is committed to make the app accessible at all times and guarantee its correct functioning. The customer is responsible for the correct functioning of his equipment (smartphone/tablet) and his internet connection. API TECH is not accountable for difficulties resulting from bad internet connection or service disruption on the side of internet provider..

In order to secure the confidentiality of the data introduced and stored in the "Profile" tab, the access to the app features is possible only after an identification process. The customer will need to enter his e-mail address and choose a password known only to him and that guarantees a sufficent security level. Using the app is strictly private - the customer is held accountable for any damage caused by revealing his credentials to a third party. Article 3 : Services

The use of the app is free. It allows the access to the following services : :

  • Online pizza order ;
  • Searching for the nearest selling point ;
  • Promo offers ;
  • Online payment with PayPal ;
  • Payment at order collection (coins accepted : 10, 20, 50 p, 1 ?, 2?, banknotes : 5 ?, 10 ?, cards : Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa, contactless payments possible ;
  • Possibility to credit your account with the "PIZZ coins" : each pound gives you 1 PIZZ. The customer can pay for his order with the accumulated PIZZ coins. ;
  • Data update : the customer can update his personal data shown in the "PROFILE" tab.

Article 4 : Collection and storage of data

All data relative to the customer, regardless of their nature, is considered to be and is treated as confidential. .

The data collected via your personal space is gathered for identification purposes as well as to optimise your use of the app (find the nearest Smart machine, receive promo offers, make online payments, credit your account with PIZZ coins). The data stored by API TECH is thus :

Article 5 : Responsibilities

Article 6 : Professional Rules

API TECH certifies that it complies with the current regulation for food products and especially with regard to hygiene, transport of foodstuffs, storage temperature, packaging and freezing methods.

API TECH certifies to associate only with pizza professionals respecting the regulations related to food products, and especially those concerning hygiene, transport of the food products, temperature of conservation, the packaging and the methods of freezing.

Should the customers suffer any damage due to the non-respect of the rules quoted above by the pizza professional, API TECH will not be held accountable. The pizza professional is solely responsible for the quality of the products he decides to sell via SMART PIZZA machines.

Article 8 : Applicable Law and Competent Courts

These general conditions of use are governed, interpreted and applied by French law in application of European law (EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons, with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

In case of dispute in the execution or the interpretation of the present conditions, the attribution of competence is given to the competent courts.
